Agreement & Policies

Customers can raise returns within 48 hours of delivery
Shop must approve or reject return within 12 hours
BYCLIQ logistics handles pickup from customer
Refund processed after item inspection at shop

🚚 Delivery Terms

Orders must be packed within 2 hours of acceptance
BYCLIQ delivery partners handle all last-mile delivery
Same-day delivery available within 10 km radius
Shop is not responsible for delivery delays by partners

💸 Commission Structure

Platform fee: 5% – 10% per successful order (based on category)
Standard fashion items: 5% platform commission
Premium / curated collections: 10% platform commission
No listing fee, no monthly subscription — pay only when you earn
Weekly payouts every Monday & Thursday directly to your bank
